Support for Children, Grounded in Care

What We Help With:
- Anxiety
- Depression & Mood
- Life Transitions (divorce, moves, new siblings)
- Self-Esteem
- Behavioral Challenges
- ADHD
- Grief & Loss
- Trauma
- Self-Harm & Suicidal Thoughts
Why Early Support Matters
Children are growing fast — emotionally, socially, and mentally. When challenges show up early, addressing them quickly can prevent bigger struggles later. Early therapy helps kids build emotional tools, boost confidence, and thrive at home and school.
At Zeni, we collaborate closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
Experiential, Evidence-Based Therapy That Meets Kids Where They Are
We offer a flexible, developmentally attuned approach to therapy that engages kids through creative, sensory, and play-based techniques. We incorporate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and parent collaboration to support lasting change.
Onsite & Virtual Therapy Options
We offer both in-person and virtual therapy, and we’ll help you decide which is the best fit for your child. Whenever possible, we encourage onsite sessions for younger children. In-person therapy helps reduce distractions and allows us to incorporate more experiential activities that support connection and regulation.
Family Therapy Available
We believe children thrive when caregivers are engaged. We offer flexibility for parents to join in therapy sessions when appropriate. Our goal is to help families strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build practical skills for everyday life.
Coming Soon: School-Based Therapy
Our upcoming school-based programs will offer accessible therapy services directly on campus. This model increases consistency and supports emotional development within the child’s daily environment.
Let’s Find the Right Fit Together
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Our team is here to answer your questions, explore options, and match your child with the right therapist.
