We believe that clarity and mutual understanding are the foundation of great care. Our policies are here to ensure your experience is respectful, predictable, and rooted in trust. If you have any questions, we’re happy to walk through them with you.
Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions are by appointment only. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled sessions (less than 24 hours) will incur a fee of $100. This allows us to offer your reserved time to someone else in need of support.
Confidentiality
What you share in therapy is kept private, with a few exceptions required by law — such as risk of harm to yourself or others, or court orders. We take confidentiality seriously and will always discuss any limitations with you
Telehealth Consent
For virtual therapy, we provide care using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Before starting telehealth services, you’ll complete a brief consent form through our portal. We recommend finding a quiet, private space for sessions and using a strong internet connection
Communication Between Sessions
Routine scheduling, billing, or paperwork questions can be handled through our secure portal or by phone/email. Clinical questions are best discussed in session. Please note that we do not offer 24-hour crisis services. If you are in crisis, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Client Portal
We use Sessions Health for secure scheduling, messaging, and forms. Once you’re an active client, you’ll receive access to the portal, where you can manage appointments and securely communicate with your therapist.
