Why Early Support Matters
The teen years are full of change. Left unaddressed, stress, anxiety, or low self-worth can follow teens into adulthood. Support during this time helps teens build resilience, self-understanding, and skills to face life with confidence.
Teen-Centered, Flexible Therapy
We meet teens where they are, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and experiential work. Sessions are collaborative and focused on real-life tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and build self-worth.
Onsite & Virtual Therapy Options
We offer therapy both in person and online, depending on your teen’s needs and preferences. Our care team will help you decide what works best. Virtual therapy offers privacy and convenience, while onsite sessions provide grounded, focused time away from screens.
Family Therapy Available
Sometimes healing happens faster when families are involved. We offer flexibility for parents and caregivers to join sessions to support communication and co-create solutions that work at home.
Coming Soon: School-Based Therapy
Our school-based programs will offer therapy directly on campus, making mental health support more consistent and accessible for teens throughout the week.
Let’s Figure It Out Together
Not sure what your teen needs? That’s okay. Our client coordinator will walk you through the process, answer your questions, and help you find the best-fit therapist for your teen.
