Why Early Support Matters

The teen years are full of change. Left unaddressed, stress, anxiety, or low self-worth can follow teens into adulthood. Support during this time helps teens build resilience, self-understanding, and skills to face life with confidence.

Teen-Centered, Flexible Therapy

We meet teens where they are, using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and experiential work. Sessions are collaborative and focused on real-life tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and build self-worth.

Onsite & Virtual Therapy Options

We offer therapy both in person and online, depending on your teen’s needs and preferences. Our care team will help you decide what works best. Virtual therapy offers privacy and convenience, while onsite sessions provide grounded, focused time away from screens.

Family Therapy Available

Sometimes healing happens faster when families are involved. We offer flexibility for parents and caregivers to join sessions to support communication and co-create solutions that work at home.

School-Based Therapy

We offer convenient, on-site sessions for students at Port Washington High School and Thomas Jefferson Middle School. This allows teens to receive consistent clinical care during their day, without needing to leave the building.

We are actively working to expand this program to other local schools. Attend a different school? We offer flexible evening and weekend appointments at our clinic.
